I'm Bryche Taylor

I'm a certified light therapist, sales consultant, podcaster, and most importantly, a woman who deeply cares about how other women are sold to in the weight loss industry.

I’ve built a business not just on programs and products—but on empathy. I’ve helped clinics grow, teams reconnect, and clients feel like people again. And I believe you can create a business that feels just as aligned, impactful, and empowering.

Why should you listen to me? I'm a regular person who's been there, done that and got the sticker. I want to share my story in the hope it helps you better understand your place in the world of business and how you can become the best version of yourself.

Through it all, as a single mom, I built not just businesses, but a purpose- becoming an expert in the non-invasive body contouring, light therapy and holistic wellness, not just to change bodies, but to change lives. Now, I'm on a mission to take everything I've learned (and am still learning) and share it with women who don't always have access to the network of wellness professionals that I do. I believe that no matter what life throws at us, we can choose to find a blance, and to take care of ourselves without shame or guilt.

My journey isn't just about business- it's about building a movement where women have a safe space to heal, to learn, and reclaim thier power. Because I knows, better than most, that the hardest battles often lead to the most beautiful transformations.

My story is one of resilience, heart, and a deep calling to help others.

Born in Toronto, Canada, I experienced profound loss at a young age, shaping me into the deeply empathetic woman I am today. That sensitivity, though heavy at times, became my greatest strength- it made me a seeker, a healer, and someone who truly understand the weight women carry.

At just 21, I moved to San Diego, California and stepped into the world of wellness entrepreneurship, diven by a desire to create something meanigful. But life had it's own way of testing me. Two hard pregnancies, a near death experience during the second, and the ongoing battle with PCOS made wellness feel personal, not just professional.

I know firsthand the struggle of weight gain, the frustation of feeling unheard in the medical world, and the exhaustion of trying to "push through" when your body feels like it's working against you.

What I’m offering is the human side of empathy practice:

How to meet people where they are.

How to connect without judgment.

How to create environments where clients (and patients) feel seen, not sold.
